Call Centre Issues and Problems at Easyjet

Most airlines operate a dedicated call centre to handle ticket sales, flight changes or other issues associated with flying. However not all call centres operate in the same way. Many companies contract call centre work out to other countries or to companies not directly associated with the airline.

What are your experiences with the EasyJet call centre?

Do you have to wait a long time before your call is answered? If so, how long?

  1. In the last hour tried to change a booking one man said I can’t hear you and then put me on hold playing horrible music I waited for ages. Dreadful I urgently need to change booking. So upset. This morning tried and spoke to two very helpful people. Must be a shift change. Very different. I thought that after covid people would be pleased to get back to normal
